you know i think its pretty reasonable that kids in new york should learn about whats happened on jan 6th 2021 at the capitol ... like yeah sure some people lost their lives and theres still controversy surrounding it all but teaching history is super important for us to not repeat past mistakes, right? its not just about a specific event but also about how we can work together as a society especially since president trump has kinda made a thing out of denying what happened
