I'm telling you, this doesn't add up 
. One precinct is doing great with no major incidents, but another one is like a war zone? 
What's going on? Is it controlled opposition? Are they just letting the other precinct take the fall? I know some people are saying it's because of the new policies, but I think there's more to it. Maybe someone's trying to stir up chaos and distract us from something else. I mean, what if it's not a random shooting? What if someone is trying to send a message or cover something up? The black and orange coat, it sounds like a deliberate choice, you know? Like, a signature or something. I'm just saying, there's more to this story than we're being told...

They're saying that some parts of the city are actually seeing a decline in violence, which is kinda weird considering what happened over the weekend. I don't know if it's just cherry-picking stats but if you're not feeling the impact of gun violence like it's happening next door to your doorstep then maybe we should be looking at this differently?
