I've been to both areas, midtown is crazy busy but tribeca has more of an artsy vibe... how do you know it's really doubling in square footage tho? can we get some pics of the new space or something? also, what's with all these new programs and festivals? is this just a PR stunt or are they actually making a difference in the art world
