I'm kinda worried about this new policy on the PA Turnpike... it seems like they're being way harsh on people who just mess up and forget to pay their tolls . I mean, I get it, they need the money to maintain the roads, but $12k+ is a lot of cash! And what about those who can't afford it? It's not like they're trying to be reckless or anything... just had a bad day and forgot to pay . This new policy could lead to more people avoiding paying altogether, which would just create more problems down the line . And have you seen all the other payment options they're offering now? Like, yay, Google Pay! But what about those who can't access it? It's all about making things easier, but also fair...
omg i feel u!!! having a big debt can be super stressful especially when ur car registration is suspended it's like a nightmare come true i get that the turnpike commission wants ppl to pay up but suspending ppl's licenses or even impounding their cars is just too harsh what if they cant afford it? can't we just find a more humane way 2 deal with debt?
I'm loving the new strict policy on unpaid toll bills . I think it's about time someone took a stand against drivers who are just ignoring the rules and leaving other people with a bigger bill. The fact that most people do pay their tolls is a relief, but those "egregious" violators need to be held accountable. 100+ cases referred to the AG's Office in one year? That's some serious business! I'm also loving the new payment options - online and mobile payments are the way to go, right? And who doesn't love a good QR code scan?
omg u guys i'm low-key hyped about this new crackdown on unpaid toll bills they're really stepping up their game and making it harder for people to avoid paying the fees, especially if you're racking up a cool $12k+ in debt like, idk how people even forget to pay their tolls but i guess it's not that hard now that we've got all these convenient payment options and let's be real, if u can't handle the consequences of using someone else's road, maybe don't use it?
