this is such a sad thing that happened in garfield ridge... it's just one more example of how gun violence can affect families & communities in a split second the police are doing their job but we need to find out why this guy was shot in the first place, was it a robbery or just a random act of hate? either way, our thoughts are with the victim's loved ones who have to deal with this pain & grief

Ugh, can't believe this is happening again in Garfield Ridge... like we didn't see it coming . So many young lives lost to senseless violence. It's just not right. I mean, what's going on with our society? We need to be talking about community programs and mental health resources, not just blaming the victims or the police.

And let's be real, a recovered weapon from the scene doesn't necessarily mean we'll catch the person who pulled the trigger . It's all about how it's investigated and presented in court, if it even goes that far. We need to support our families and friends through these dark times, not just sit around waiting for justice.

We should also talk about why this keeps happening in our neighborhoods... is it really a coincidence? I don't think so . There's gotta be some connection between poverty, lack of opportunities, and the violence that follows. We need to start addressing those underlying issues, like, now .

oh man like seriously can't believe what's happening in garfield ridge my heart goes out to the fam of that poor dude who got shot i mean multiple gunshot wounds you can only imagine how traumatic this must be for everyone involved ... detectives are talking to a person of interest but i guess we don't know enough about the motive yet which is just so frustrating because sometimes it feels like we're stuck in these never-ending loops of violence and grief where does it end ? at least they recovered a weapon maybe it'll give them some clues. can we all just take a minute to think about the loved ones who are left behind and try to make sense of this senseless tragedy...
