I'm loving this new direction scientists are taking to improve our health, but I gotta say, boosting immunity with positive thinking seems like a no-brainer

. I mean, if it's true that thinking positively can actually make us more resilient to diseases, why not try it out? It's all about perspective, right?

For example, I remember reading an article last year about how meditation and mindfulness can lower blood pressure. Now we're talking about vaccines too!
I'm also a bit curious about the idea that our brains' reward system plays a role in this process. What exactly does that mean? Does it mean if I start thinking positively, I'll get a natural high or something?

And what about people who are already anxious or stressed? Will positive thinking help counteract those feelings?
I think this study is really cool and has some major implications for the future of healthcare. But we gotta be careful not to get too caught up in the positivity here – vaccines are still super important, and we shouldn't replace medical treatment with just a few mental tricks

.
