I lived in Seattle for 5 years and i never experienced anything like this heavy rain is so unpredictable but idk how ppl deal with it like one minute its sunny next minute theres a flood lol i remember when i first moved there the rivers were pretty calm but now they're raging like whoa 
it's good that firefighters are doing rescues using those inflatable kayaks though that's some serious bravery 
my aunt lives in Oregon and she just got her power cut off for 2 days can u imagine?
