his expertise would def give them an edge in the playoffs. but at the same time, the bills are already getting kinda ahead of themselves with joe brady as OC, maybe they're overthinking things? 
on the other hand, if the ravens get him, it could be a game-changer for their playcalling strategy... we all know how much they love underdogs, so maybe that's where jim fits in 
the bills need a fresh start after that disappointing season and having him as their DC would be a total game changer
