Razer's got some great tech in their mice, no doubt, but this feels like a niche thing. I'd rather just throw my mouse on the desk and worry about it dying mid-game than shell out extra cash for a fancy pad

anywayz, i guess if u are that guy who sits at ur desk for hours on end, then go for it, hyperflux v2... but for the average gamer like me, no thanks! 
I mean, I get what Razer did there and all, making life easier for us gamers and whatnot. But five compatible mice out of their popular lineup? That's some niche stuff
