just got word that the new Massachusetts housing market report is out and it's not looking good prices are dropping faster than a Tesla on a treadmill . apparently, single-family homes in the Boston area are selling for like 20% less than last year. not surprising tho, been saying this for ages how many more people can afford to move to MA?
