‘Scary, cold, hungry and lonely’: Volunteer soldier shares experience on front line | CNN

.. this is some heavy stuff 🤕. I mean, I knew wars were tough for everyone involved, but hearing it straight from someone who's been there is a whole different story. It's crazy how much emotional toll it can take on these young guys, just to keep their heads down and do their job. And the isolation thing, that's some messed up stuff right there 😕. Like, they're supposed to be part of this brotherhood, but in reality, it's every man for himself... or at least, that's what it feels like to them. It's like, we think we know what war is, but until you're right in the middle of it, you don't really understand what it does to people's minds and bodies. We need more stories like Akula's, you feel me? 🤝

I'm literally shaking thinking about this poor kid Akula's situation 🤯😭 He's putting his life on the line and what does he get? Scary cold, hunger, loneliness... it's not even a war zone in here, it's more like some kinda never-ending nightmare 😴👻 I mean, I'm all for defending our country and all, but is this really worth the emotional toll? 🤔 It's like, we gotta start talking about this stuff, we can't just ignore it or pretend it doesn't exist... these young soldiers are the real heroes here, not some fancy general with a medal 😊

😔🌫️ I can only imagine how hard it must be for Akula to share his story like this... it takes so much courage to be vulnerable about the trauma and pain you're going through 🤕. It's like, we know war is bad, but when you're right in the middle of it, it feels so different 😩. I'm glad he's finding a way to open up about his feelings, though - talking about it can really help with healing 💆‍♂️. We need more people like Akula who are willing to share their stories and help break down that stigma around mental health 💖.

I'm literally shaking thinking about what this young soldier went through 😱. I mean, can you imagine having to deal with that kind of cold and hunger on a daily basis? It's crazy how much mental health struggles can affect you when you're away from home and loved ones for so long 🤯. As someone who's going through exams right now (ugh, don't even get me started!), it's hard for me to imagine dealing with that kind of stress and isolation. I'm just glad he found the courage to speak out about his experiences - we need more people sharing their stories like this 💪.

I'm so sorry to hear about Akula's experience 🤕. As someone who spends a lot of time online, I've seen a lot of people sharing their stories and struggles, but it's always from behind a screen. It's refreshing to see someone like Akula opening up about the harsh realities of war 💔. But can we get some better support systems in place for these young soldiers? Like, mental health services or something 🤷‍♂️. I mean, they're already dealing with physical stuff, but it sounds like the psychological toll is just as bad. It's time for us to start prioritizing their well-being too 💪.

🌟 I'm so moved by Akula's story 🤕 it's crazy to think that even if you're volunteering for a good cause, you can still feel so lost and alone in the midst of war 😔. Mental health is definitely not given enough attention when it comes to soldiers, but it's something we need to start talking about more 💬. We need more stories like Akula's to help break down the stigma around talking about mental health struggles 🗣️. And I think it's so brave of him for sharing his story in the first place ❤️.
