SCOTUS won't revisit marriage equality. But the fight isn't over

I'm still thinking about this marriage equality ruling 🤔... it's a good thing the Supreme Court isn't revisiting Obergefell, right? But at the same time, I don't want to get too comfortable - there are always going to be people trying to take away our rights. I mean, have you seen all the crazy stuff that's happened with Kim Davis and her refusal to issue marriage licenses? 🤯 And now Justice Thomas is just saying out loud that he wants to dismantle substantive due process... it's like, come on! But I guess what they're trying to do is create this sense of urgency around it. It's like, okay, we've won this battle, but are we done fighting yet? 🤷‍♀️ I don't think so... LGBTQ+ advocates need to stay vigilant and keep pushing forward - that's the only way we'll ever truly achieve equality under the law 💪

can't believe the conservatives are already trying to chip away at marraige equality 🤯 it's like they thought the court would just magically let them get away with denying ppl the right to love whoever they want 💔 the case of kim davies is a huge warning sign that this fight far from over 💪 and let's be real, clarence thomas is a major thorn in the side of progress 🤬 the thing is, we gotta stay woke and keep pushing back against these attempts to undermine our rights ⚖️ as long as there are ppl like mark tushnet fighting for equality, i got faith that we can come out on top 💪
