I'm not sure if Shania Twain's message is going to make a difference in country music 
. Everyone wants equality and diversity, but when it comes down to it, it's just another buzzword 
. What are we really doing to change the system? Are we just going to replace one old guard with another, or is someone actually willing to challenge the status quo 
? And what about all the traditionalists who love country music the way it is? Are they going to be pushed out or given a seat at the table 
? I'm not saying Shania's trying to be malicious, but we need concrete actions, not just empty words
