I'm a bit worried about people who live near that plant 
. I don't understand why they have to stay indoors just because of some maintenance work gone wrong 
. I mean, I get it's better to be safe than sorry and all that, but what exactly is this chemical that's so bad? 
Shouldn't we know what we're dealing with here?
