Sign up for the Recap newsletter: our free sport highlights email

Ugh, another newsletter 🤦‍♀️... I mean, who doesn't love getting their sports highlights via email? It's like, just what I need, more spam in my inbox 😂. Can't they just make a mobile app or something? Like, I'm busy living my best life and don't have time to scroll through emails every week for sports updates. But hey, if it's free and easy to sign up, I guess I won't say no 🤷‍♀️...

I'm not a fan of these daily newsletters, they're just too much info 🤯... I mean, do we really need to know every single match result and player update? Can't we just check our favorite teams' websites like we used to? And what's with the "expert sport journalists" - can't they just be honest about not knowing everything? It feels like they're trying too hard to sound important 🤷‍♂️. But hey, if it's free and easy to sign up for, I guess I'll give it a shot... but I'm still not sure I want to get bombarded with sports updates every week 😅

Honestly I think it's kinda cool that they're offering a free recap newsletter every week. It'd be super convenient to just get all the latest sports news in one easy-to-read email 📰. And yeah, it's great that you can easily opt-out if you don't want to receive more emails from them. Just wish I could customize what info I get in each email tho, like "just the highlights" instead of getting all the analysis too 😊.

I'm not sure about this Recap thing... I mean, I love getting sports updates in my inbox as much as the next guy, but is it really worth signing up just for a weekly newsletter? I feel like I'd be getting more from actual news sites and social media than some curated summary. Plus, have they thought about how long it's gonna take to load on my phone? And what's with all these emails? Can't we just use Twitter or Instagram to stay in the loop already?

I'm not sure about this Recap newsletter... how do I know it's actually getting me the 'best bits' of sports coverage and not just a bunch of generic press releases 🤔. Where's the evidence that these expert journalists are delivering anything more than what I'd already find online? And what's to stop my email inbox from blowing up with ads and spam if I sign up for this? Can we see some actual data on how many people actually use the service and what kind of content they get in return?

Ugh 🙄, another way for them to sell our email addresses like they're going out of style. Can't we just have a simple sports newsletter without all the extra fluff and "we promise not to share" nonsense? 🤷‍♂️ I mean, what's wrong with just signing up for something if you want to see updates about your favorite teams? Don't need all these bells and whistles. And what's with the name "Recap"? Sounds like they're trying too hard to be all smart and informative... 😒
