Ugh, I'm so over these silent protests
... I mean, don't get me wrong, women's rights are super important and all that jazz, but can we talk about how clunky this whole thing feels? Like, 15 minutes of lying down is basically just a fancy way of saying "let's take a nap"
. And what's with the black clothing? Just don't they want to blend in or something?
And seriously, 15 lives lost daily? That's not exactly breaking news... I mean, we've all heard about this issue before and it's just so frustrating that nothing's being done. Can't these women just, like, take matters into their own hands for once?
But, I guess it's better late than never, right? I mean, at least they got the government to acknowledge it as a national disaster... but is this just a PR stunt to get some good press out of it?
