A man from Spring, Texas, died three days after being shot in a case that has now shifted from an accident to a homicide investigation, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
The shooting occurred on Saturday night at the 2700 block of Spring Dusk Lane. Authorities have not yet released the victim's identity due to ongoing investigations. Eyewitnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots soon after the victim walked to meet someone, and he was later found by a passerby lying injured on the street.
Emergency medical responders initially attempted to save the victim at the scene, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries just days later, on Tuesday, December 9. this guy from Spring, Texas was shot and died 3 days later... and now its a homicide investigation? i mean come on, how do you go from "accident" to "homicide" in like 2 days? it's gotta be more than that. what if the cops are just trying to sweep some stuff under the rug? anyway, whoever had something to do with this is gonna get caught eventually, and when they do, justice will be served 
. You'd think we live in a better world where people can walk down the street without fearing for their lives. The fact that this guy got shot and didn't survive is just devastating. I mean, it's not like he did anything wrong, right? He was just walking to meet someone... what if it was an accident?
