A man from Spring, Texas, died three days after being shot in a case that has now shifted from an accident to a homicide investigation, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
The shooting occurred on Saturday night at the 2700 block of Spring Dusk Lane. Authorities have not yet released the victim's identity due to ongoing investigations. Eyewitnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots soon after the victim walked to meet someone, and he was later found by a passerby lying injured on the street.
Emergency medical responders initially attempted to save the victim at the scene, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries just days later, on Tuesday, December 9.
