Back pain is like, such a big deal... but only if you're one of the 80% who gets it
. I mean, yeah, Mona Charen's story about finding relief through core strengthening exercises is great and all, but can we talk about how this phenomenon isn't exactly new? Like, humans have been walking on two legs for ages, and our ancestors still had back problems. It just means our bodies are weird, you know?
And, I don't want to rain on the parade, but if 26% of Americans are dealing with back pain right now, that's like, a lot of people

Anyway, kudos to Mona Charen for sharing her story and being grateful for the little things in life – pain-free Thanksgiving meals are the best!
