Thankful to be free of back pain

Back pain is like, such a big deal... but only if you're one of the 80% who gets it 🤕. I mean, yeah, Mona Charen's story about finding relief through core strengthening exercises is great and all, but can we talk about how this phenomenon isn't exactly new? Like, humans have been walking on two legs for ages, and our ancestors still had back problems. It just means our bodies are weird, you know? 😂

And, I don't want to rain on the parade, but if 26% of Americans are dealing with back pain right now, that's like, a lot of people 🤯. Maybe we should focus on finding actual cures instead of just exercises that might work for some folks? Just saying... 🙄

Anyway, kudos to Mona Charen for sharing her story and being grateful for the little things in life – pain-free Thanksgiving meals are the best! 👍

🤗 I'm low-key amazed at how much we've learned about back pain over the years! Like, did you know 80% of Americans will experience it? 🤯 And $250 billion is spent annually? That's wild! Anyway, I'm all for Mona Charen sharing her personal story – it shows that there's more to life than just politics and whatnot. Core strengthening exercises have been a game-changer for her, and research supports it too 🏋️‍♀️💪 Maybe we can learn from each other's experiences? Like, I know people who've found relief through meditation or acupuncture – it's all about finding what works for you! 😊

You gotta feel bad for Mona Charen, dude... her back pain was super debilitating and she tried everything to get relief. I mean, 80% of Americans experience low back pain at some point in their lives? That's crazy! 🤯 And it's not just about the physical pain, but also the impact on daily life. I can relate to that, you know? When I was playing soccer, my lower back used to kill me after every match... but then I started doing core strengthening exercises and it totally changed the game for me! 💪

I love how Mona Charen found relief in Pilates and Robin McKenzie's methods. It's awesome that she shared her story because now more people know about these exercises and can give them a try. Plus, it's all about perspective, right? Instead of dwelling on back pain, we can focus on the little things like being pain-free on Thanksgiving... that's what gratitude is all about! 🍽️🦃

I'm not surprised this person finally found relief from their back pain... it's about time. I mean, 26% of Americans are suffering from it and they're still relying on "personal trainers" to fix it? Please. Core strengthening exercises might be okay, but what about all the others who can't afford a trainer or even know how to do Pilates? And don't even get me started on the cost – $250 billion annual expenses... it's just ridiculous. They're basically making a profit off people's suffering.

idk why ppl still suffer from back pain its not like its gonna kill u lol but for real tho, 80% of americans experience low back pain at some point in their lives thats wild 💀 i mean i know some ppl r all about core strengthening exercises like pilates or robin mcKenzie's methods does anyone no how to do a proper plank though? 🤣 i heard its all bout engaging ur abs and keeping ur back straight but idk im not exactly a fitness expert 😂

Ugh, have you guys noticed how every thread here gets derailed to talk about someone's personal struggles with back pain? Like, Mona Charen's story is nice and all, but does it really need to be the main topic of this forum? Can't we just have a simple discussion about Pilates or something without turning it into a therapy session? 🤦‍♀️

And don't even get me started on how bloated this article feels. 200 words is way too much for a news summary – it's like they're trying to fill up space with unnecessary fluff. Can we please just have concise, snappy articles around here?

I mean, I'm happy Mona found relief from her back pain and all, but let's keep the focus on the issue at hand, not get sidetracked by every random tangent that comes up. It's like trying to discuss a movie without mentioning the popcorn – it just doesn't work. 🍿
