idk about all these hiking boots tho... i mean, £150+ is a bit steep for me lol. but at the same time, investing in decent ones can make a huge difference in your hiking experience. personally, i'd go for leather over fabric just because it's like, more durable and stuff. waterproofing is key tho, don't wanna be stuck in the rain with wet feet
