omg u guys, can't believe netflix just swooped up warner bros
! so what does this mean? basically, they wanna create some high-quality movies that'll rival hollywood's big studios
. and i think it's a solid move tbh. with all these streaming services popping up left and right, people are getting more and more into binge-watching instead of going to the cinema
.
anywayz, this acquisition is a major step for netflix to try and change their game
. they're not just gonna sit back and watch ads on their platform anymore
. they wanna create some buzz around their original content and bring in more $$
. and who knows, maybe they'll even revive some of those classic franchises we all love (dc universe, harry potter, etc.)
.
but, let's be real... the way movies are consumed is changing
. with netflix now owning warner bros, it's hard to see how cinemas will still get their movies first
. and i think that's a good thing? like, who needs theaters when u can watch ur favorite shows at home on the couch
?
