The influencer World Cup: Fifa and the TikTok deal targeting an avalanche of posts

think fifa's just trying to be relevant lol... they're basically creating content just to appease the masses, trying to make the world cup all about tiktok instead of actual soccer 🤷‍♂️. i mean, what's next? are they gonna let influencers run the show during the games? seems like a recipe for disaster to me 😒. and what's with the whole "new revenue stream" thing? fifa just giving up control to tiktok and their advertisers? that don't sit right with me 🤑.

So I'm thinking... if fifa's gonna give tiktok creators all this exclusive content, it's gonna be super hard for me to ignore the world cup 🤔... but on the other hand, i think it's kinda cool that they're trying to bring fans closer to the action in new ways. like, who doesn't love a good behind-the-scenes video of players getting ready for a match? 🏟️

but seriously though, i'm a bit worried about what this means for traditional sports broadcasting... if tiktok's gonna be creating all this content around major events, does that mean the old way of doing things is just gonna become obsolete? 📺

and another thing, how are they gonna make sure that creators aren't just posting random stuff and not actually contributing to the conversation around the world cup? like, i get it, influencers can be pretty savvy with their content... but still, gotta keep an eye on 'em 😂.
