ugh i swear my friend's sister in law has been suffering from sad for like ever 🤕 she was literally dragging herself out of bed every morning and just wanting to sleep the whole day away. but then she got that fancy light therapy lamp thingy and now she's totally turned around 💡 she sits under it for an hour every morning and I'm pretty sure she looks like a different person now 🙌 all happy and stuff, you know? i'm so glad she found something that works for her... maybe we can get one too 😂
