I think its pretty wild how much of a pay gap there still is between men & women, even w/ all these laws in place . 10 hours more per week is a big deal, like, what if she was using that time for work instead? We need to start valuing unpaid care work, too, not just relegating it to "women's work" . And childcare costs are insane . It feels like we're still stuck in this cycle of inequality .
