I'm getting really worried about what's happening with Venezuela
. This situation is super tense and it feels like the US is trying to take over a country without even asking
. I get that there are some issues in Venezuela, but this kind of intervention is not the answer. It's like, Donald Trump thinks he can just dictate what should happen in Venezuela without considering the people's opinions or desires?
I also don't think it's cool how they're focusing on controlling the oil resources and selling them on the international market
. That sounds like a total grab for power, not a solution to any problems
. And what about the human rights groups who are saying that there's been repression and arrests of people who are speaking out against this?
It feels like the US is trying to impose its will on Venezuela without considering the consequences or the impact on the Venezuelan people
. Can't they see that this is just going to cause more problems in the long run?
