This new limit on refugee admissions is a bit puzzling, don't you think? I mean, 7,500 is super low considering how many people have been struggling to escape war and persecution in other parts of the world

and there's no clear reason why they're doing this except that trump said something about "white genocide" in south africa which is just so problematic 
i mean i know some people took it out of context but still... it's not cool.
