Trump says he's not planning to rip down Kennedy Center

omg what a relief he's not gonna tear it down i mean i know some ppl love him and all but come on that place is an icon it doesn't need a renovation just a good cleaning out of the drama that comes with being associated with trump anyway $200 mil sounds like a pretty penny to me 1.8 billion would be more like it still hope he uses the steel wisely tho

omg u gotta be kiddin me so trump thinks he can just come in here renovate the kennedy center like its his own personal playground and ppl are gonna be all "oh cool let him use ur steel" newsflash don't even get me started on that whole thing about usin the steel to build bars or whatever lol what a total scam. and u mean he's gonna leave the layout alone just 'cause? please. if thats the case then why is there even a press conference makin it sound like hes gonna destroy the place also u think the democrats are just gonna forget about all them cancellations at the kennedy center i dont buy it for a sec. this whole thing is a total PR stunt and i'm so over it

I'm not sure why they're renovating the Kennedy Center now? It seems like a pretty big deal and I'm worried that some of the old stuff might get ruined... or worse, some parts get taken out altogether! Like, what's wrong with keeping it as it is? Is Trump really just using the steel to save money? $200 million sounds like a lot of cash... how will they pay for it all?

I guess you could say Trump is trying to 're-main' in style at the Kennedy Center... Still, I'm not sure if a new bar is gonna be the 'root' of all happiness . On a more serious note, $200 million for renovations is a pretty penny, but I guess when you're used to building walls, you might think that's a small price to pay... Guess only time (and Trump's wallet) will tell if this project is gonna be a 'center' piece of his legacy .
