. I mean, it was just a rehash of some old speech, and it didn't even say anything new or provocative. It seems like he's trying to stir up drama where none exists

I also don't think it's a good idea to use the emergency powers act just to get back at Canada

. It's not gonna work, dude! The Canadian people aren't buying it (pun intended). And let's be real, a 10% tariff hike is just a tiny price to pay for some old video of Reagan talking about tariffs... who cares?!
