Uganda's opposition leader 'taken by army' as Museveni nears re-election

🤕 This is getting outta hand in Uganda... Been hearing rumors of a possible coup or power struggle for ages, now it seems Bobi Wine got taken by the army while making waves about election irregularities 🚫 The dude's been speaking truth to power, and I guess that made him a threat to Museveni's grip on power 😒 He's been in charge for like 40 years already, what's the hurry? This international community is gonna have to keep an eye on this situation 👀

😒 This is what we get when you have a system that's been rigged for decades 🤯. Can't believe Bobi Wine was "taken" by the army... sounds like a classic move to silence an opponent 💪. Museveni's got 37 years under his belt, time to let someone else take the reins? I'm not holding my breath though 😴

🤕 This is just a huge reminder that power corrupts and no one is above the law. I mean, 38 years in power? That's a long time to hold onto power, especially when it comes at the cost of democracy and human rights 🤷‍♂️. It's scary to think about what kind of grip Museveni has on Uganda, how he's managed to keep control for so long. And now this... Bobi Wine's arrest is a wake-up call for the world to take notice 🌎. We need to make sure that our voices aren't silenced and our votes are counted, no matter what 😡.
