OMG u gotta think about this - if they take over Hovis, it's gonna be a total bread monopoly lol. Like, Warburtons already owns like 25% of sliced bread sales so if they add Hovis to the mix... it's just not good for consumers fam 
. They can just raise prices and limit choices because now they own basically all the market share. It's crazy how some companies think they can just buy their way to the top and stifle competition
