! i mean, can you even imagine having to deal with all those lawsuits? anyway, its dope that justice has ruled in favor of stability ai - but like, what about the trademarks tho? 
getty's all worried that large companies are at risk of infringement because they dont know what to do with these new ai models... 
and im thinking, isnt that kinda what happens when you dont innovate and adapt to change? stability ai is already pushing boundaries with their art tool, and now they can keep doing it without getty breathing down their necks
