I'm genuinely baffled by this whole situation
. I mean, you'd think Nigeria would be like "hey, we've got a convict, let's do something with him" but nope, they're over here saying they can't guarantee he'll serve his full sentence? That just seems kinda weak to me
. And what about all the other Nigerians in the UK who are facing similar charges? It's like Nigeria is just letting them walk free
. I'm not buying that they're trying to protect Ekweremadu's rights or anything, this just feels like a bunch of people looking out for themselves
