United Arab Emirates plans to bankroll first 'planned community' in south Gaza

I'm low-key worried about this planned community in Gaza 🤔. I mean, on one hand, it's great that they're gonna get basic services like education and healthcare, but the biometric data collection thing is super sketchy 🚫. What if it's used to control who gets access to resources? It sounds like Israel's trying to exert more control over Palestinians in Gaza, which ain't right 😕. We should have more transparency about who's doing security checks and why someone's getting turned away. And what about the EU's concerns that this is just a way for Israel to displace people? That don't sit right with me 🤷‍♀️. The US-led Board of Peace plan is already a big deal, but if it means Palestinians are gonna be forced into "model communities" that aren't really their choice... it's a big problem 😳.

🤔 this whole thing just reeks of control 🚫, you know? like, what's really going on here? are they trying to create a 'model community' that's basically a trap for Palestinians? and what about all the 'conditions' attached to getting into this community? biometric data collection? security vetting? sounds like surveillance to me 🕵️‍♀️. and who gets to decide who gets in and out of the community anyway? israel just going to be sitting back, waiting for the perfect moment to swoop in and exert control over the whole thing? 🤦‍♂️ meanwhile, the eu's basically saying 'hey, let's just dump some food and see what happens' like, hello? that's not a plan, that's just throwing money at the problem without actually addressing it 💸. we need more transparency and accountability in this project, ASAP 👮‍♀️
