omg what a massive win for Letitia James & James Comey ! It's crazy to think that trump was actually trying to get them charged for mortgage fraud (which btw, I don't know if they're even guilty of) and now it's all being tossed out due to some technicality . I mean, can you imagine if he had been able to bring them down? it would've been a huge blow to their credibility and reputation . But I guess the system worked as intended . Now let's see what happens next - will they refile the charges or is this the end of it for James & Comey?
