my grandkids are always on their phones, can't imagine living without it now... but 1-2 hours w/o service is too long!

. good thing NYCEM and law enforcement were keeping tabs on it until Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency took over
. glad Verizon is offering credits to those affected, but account credits aren't everything, you know? my phone bill's always gonna be the same...
. anyway, at least it's all fixed now, let's just hope they work on improving their infrastructure
