what even is an ice raid anymore? it sounds like they're just looking for excuses to shoot people. i'm all for keeping our communities safe but not at the cost of human lives. ilhan omar's right, Renee was a legal observer trying to do her part and this is what happens. we need more accountability from these agencies and less fear-mongering. i hope they get the justice she deserves 
it's like these agents are basically running around with guns blazing and nobody's holding them accountable. i mean, can't they see that they're already making people scared and xenophobic? the fact that reneé nicole good was a legal observer doing her job and got caught in the middle of this chaos is just heartbreaking

. It's not just the fact that one of their own got charged with killing some poor girl, it's the whole system that's messed up from the start. The agents were yelling at her to get out, and then they shoot multiple times? What was going through those guys' heads?! 
It's just protesters filming them and trying to stay safe. The smoke from her car was probably because it lost control and crashed into another car... it's like they were trying to make themselves look bad.
. It feels like they're more interested in exerting their power than actually helping people. And what about accountability? If someone's gonna pull a gun on an unarmed person, shouldn't there be consequences?!

the footage that's come out is so disturbing it looks like they just started shooting willy-nilly without even trying to get out of their cars or do anything to protect themselves... i mean what's the point of wearing body armor if you're just gonna blast away at someone in a car? and these agents are claiming she was trying to run them over? that just doesn't add up 
it's like they're making this whole thing up as they go along. it's so frustrating that people are losing their lives because of bureaucratic nonsense... i'm not surprised Minneapolis is protesting, but it's a shame more cities aren't standing up to ICE by now 
This whole thing smells like a classic case of "us vs them" mentality that's been going on for far too long. I mean, what's next? Are we gonna start arresting people just because they're protesting the government's policies?
