omg can't believe they're trying to just hand out cash to people instead of getting insurance companies to work together 
this sounds like a recipe for disaster imo. I mean, think about it - who's gonna regulate all these free funds? And what happens when someone doesn't have the money or knows how to use it? It's not that simple.
and another thing... what about people with pre-existing conditions? they're already struggling to get healthcare without insurance companies breathing down their necks. this plan is just gonna make things worse for them
