Wales v South Africa: World rugby needs a strong Wales, says Rassie Erasmus

This match is gonna be huge 🏉👊. I'm not surprised Erasmus is bringing up pathways and player development, that's just smart business, ya know? 🤔. But seriously, it's a wake-up call for Wales' rugby system - they need to step up their game if they wanna compete with the likes of South Africa.

And let's be real, 374 caps between Erasmus' bench players vs 11 for Wales... that's just daylight robbery ⏰. I mean, you can't have a healthy competition when your bench has more experience than your starters 😂. It's like they're playing with kids while the Springboks are fielding veterans.

This match could be Wales' chance to reboot and come back stronger 🔄. But we all know how it works - one loss and suddenly they'll be calling for Erasmus' head 💁‍♂️. Politics as usual, right? 🤷‍♂️

I don't know about all these player development programs and benches full of seasoned players... it just sounds like a lot of money being thrown around to churn out winners. What's wrong with giving young guys a chance instead? It's not like rugby is some high-tech game that needs super-computer-ized training methods to succeed. A little common sense and hard work should be enough, don't you think? 🤔💪 And another thing, if South Africa can develop their system from under 15s level, why can't Wales do the same? It's not rocket science... or is it just that simple? 😐
