'We don't feel safe': after week of bombings, people in Gaza are losing faith in ceasefire

I'm getting so sick of these ceasefires . It's like we're just playing some twisted game of whack-a-mole here. Every time they think they've got it under control, BAM! Another bombing goes off and everyone's back to square one. What's the point of even trying? We need real action, not just empty promises from our leaders . And can we talk about how ridiculous it is that these international mediators are downplaying the violence? Like, come on guys, 115 dead people isn't a "skirmish"! This ceasefire thing needs to be taken seriously and some serious work needs to go into finding a real solution to this conflict. Gaza's residents aren't just fighting for their lives, they're fighting for their future .

The international community is missing the point here . They're all like "oh, it's just skirmishes" but Gazans are DIED over these skirmishes. It's not about the number of casualties, it's about the fact that every time you think things are calm, Israel comes back with more bombs . We need a real commitment to peace here, not just some half-baked truce that gets repeatedly broken . And what's with all the "former Presidents" and "Vice-Presidents" getting in on the action? Can't we get some actual leaders who care about human lives for once?
