What disqualifies you from filing for bankruptcy?

man... i feel like ppl r gettin caught in these debt traps & dont no how 2 escape 🤑😩 its all about meetin those mean test requirements & not havin recent bankruptcies or stuff like that. but what if u r just strugglin? didnt anticipate it & now ur stuck 🤯 gotta keep an eye on them luxury purchases tho, thats like a major red flag 💸

🤑😬 I feel like people are getting caught up in thinking they can just file for bankruptcy willy-nilly, but it's all about meeting those strict eligibility criteria 🤔. If you're struggling to pay your bills, try making a budget first ⚖️ and see if there are other options available to you, like debt consolidation or settlement 📈. Bankruptcy should be last resort, trust me 👎

I think it's kinda crazy how strict those eligibility criteria are 🤯. Like, who doesn't know their income? And failing to do mandatory credit counseling is just basic common sense 😂. I'm more worried about people who get caught up in all this debt and don't even realize they're not qualified for bankruptcy. In that case, it's good that there are other options like debt management programs or debt settlement. But what if you can't afford those too? 🤔

omg u gotta think outside the box here 🤯 like what about those ppl who are literally living paycheck to paycheck but still got 10k in savings stashed away? shouldn't that count towards the means test? i mean we're already struggling so much financially why should a lil extra cash be held against us? and what about people who are just trying to get back on their feet after a big medical bill or divorce or something? shouldn't those ppl be given some wiggle room too?
