Still can't believe they brought that back . I mean, on one hand, it's cool to see people experimenting with new tech again, but the whole 'Glassholes' thing? Yeah, no thanks . It's like, we've come so far since then and yet we're still dealing with the same issues of people being too invasive . I think Google learned a lot from their first attempt and it'll be interesting to see if they can do better this time around .
just saw some vids of google glass 2.0 & i'm like wut happened to the "no screen zone" concept they had back in the day? now its just a bunch of people walking around looking all awkward with these things on their face lol anyway, anyone remember when this thing was supposed to change our lives? seems like it just changed our lives to annoying glasses
idk why google glass came back its like they learned nothing from the first gen lol they just gonna put it out there again with the same features and expect ppl to be all excited? i mean i can see the potential for innovation but also the risks of people walking around like they're always being filmed or something. and what about the 'glassholes' problem? still a major concern for me.
I'm so over the whole AR thing... remember when Google Glass first came out? People thought they were cool, but really they just made you feel like you're walking around with a creepy window into your brain . And don't even get me started on "Glassholes"... yeah, no thanks . It's like we've come full circle and now everyone's walking around with some new AR nonsense in their faces. Can't we just have a normal conversation without someone constantly filming us?
Still think these AR glasses are a bad idea . We're already dealing with people walking into poles 'cause their eyes were fixed on their phone, now add a giant screen in front of our face... no thanks . Need some boundaries around tech use before we become a society of "Glassholes"
