Where will 'Task' creator Brad Ingelsby take HBO's Delco drama in Season 2?

OMG 🤯 like what even is going on with Robbie now?? fentanyl stash?! Tom's gonna be in so much trouble for that one... I'm low-key invested in seeing how Grasso screws himself over 💔 And can we talk about Tom's personal life, dude? His wife's death and Ethan being adopted is still giving me all the feels 😭 The whole faith thing is like a big mystery, but I think it could be kinda cool if he finds solace that way 🤞

And Mare Sheehan is like the ultimate question mark 🤯 will she come back as the brilliant detective from "Mare of Easttown" or is this whole Delco thing something new? Either way, I'm HOOKED 💉 Season 2 can't come soon enough, I need to know what's going down with these characters and their complicated lives 😩

I'm so late to this thread, I feel like I've missed the whole conversation 😅. But honestly, I think it's awesome that HBO renewed "Task" for Season 2! I was hooked from the first episode and can't wait to see where Brad Ingelsby takes it next.

The plot twists are getting more and more interesting - fentanyl, corruption, scandals... it's like a real-life game of Clue 🕵️‍♂️. And omg, Mare Sheehan is my absolute favorite! Kate Winslet as the brilliant detective? Yes please! I'm shipping Tom and Ethan so hard too 💕. Can't wait to see how Ingelsby balances all these complex characters and storylines.

One thing that's got me curious though: what's up with Tom's personal life? His wife's death is just... ugh 😭. Is he really going to find solace in his faith journey, or is it just another plot twist? 🤔 Either way, I'm down for the ride!

🤔 I'm loving how HBO is investing time in developing "Task" Season 2, especially with Mark Ruffalo's return as Tom Brandis. The plot thickens with Grasso's corruption and its potential consequences, while Mare Sheehan's character is still a wild card 🎭. But what really caught my attention is the exploration of Tom's personal life – his wife's death, adoption of Ethan, and how that affects his relationships 💔. It's like Ingelsby is taking a deep dive into the human side of the characters, making it even harder for me to put down the show 😂. Can't wait to see where Ingelsby takes the story next! 📺

OMG 🤯 I'm so hyped for Season 2 of "Task"!!! But like, have you noticed how Brad Ingelsby keeps dropping hints about Tom's personal life? It's all very cryptic... I'm thinking maybe he'll explore the trauma from his wife's death more deeply? And what's up with Mark Ruffalo returning as FBI agent Tom Brandis? Is it a coincidence that he's back in Season 2 or is there something we're not seeing? 🤔 Also, can we please get some answers about Mare Sheehan's return? I'm Team Kate Winslet all the way! 😍 And don't even get me started on Anthony Grasso's character... corruption and scandals galore! This show just keeps getting more complex and addictive by the minute 🚀

I'm low-key excited for season 2 of "Task" but I gotta say, Tom's personal life is giving me major whiplash 🤯. One minute he's dealing with his wife's death and adopting a kid, next thing you know he's getting into some shady FBI business. And what's up with the fentanyl stash? Like, how does that even play out? I'm rooting for Tom to get his life together but at the same time, his job is literally killing him 💀. And can we please talk about Mare Sheehan? She was such a great character in "Mare of Easttown" and I need her back ASAP! 🙌
