Xabi Alonso: Real Madrid head coach leaves club and is replaced by Alvaro Arbeloa

im not shocked by alonso being sacked lol, 7 months isnt that long for a coach, esp with real madrid's expectations. idk if arbeloa is the right guy to turn things around, he was only coaching the B team 🤔👀 didnt hear much about his management skills from those who were watching him in charge of the youth team. Alonso had some decent results already, and i think he wouldve done more with more time and a stronger squad 🤷‍♂️

🤔 i dont get why real madrid is so bad at picking managers... xabi alonso wasnt even that old, he had a solid playing career behind him, and now hes gone after one season 🙄 arbeloa cant do any worse right? lol what a joke. didnt the board just make a huge mistake again?

Wow 😮 interesting that Alonso was sacked so soon after taking over, especially considering his successful playing career at Real Madrid and Liverpool! Was he under too much pressure to deliver instant results? Did the Super Cup final defeat be the final straw for the board? 🤔 Arbeloa's promotion is a surprise move - will he be able to bring stability to the team? 💪

🤔 So I'm thinking Alonso had some good qualities as a player but coaching is a whole different beast, right? He went from playing at top level to suddenly being in charge, that's a big step. Maybe he just wasn't ready for it or the club was expecting more? 🤷‍♂️ Four points behind Barcelona after six months isn't huge, you can turn that around but... I don't know, feels like the club's made their move. Arbeloa's got some decent experience too, played with Alonso and all that, so maybe he'll bring some stability back? 🤞

Omg, what happened to Alonso? I mean, he was doing alright, but that Super Cup loss was a major bummer 🤕. I thought he'd have more time to settle in and get the team clicking, but I guess 7 months just isn't enough in LaLiga 🔥. Replacing him with Arbeloa is a bit puzzling though - didn't Alonso play with him for years? Maybe it's just a fresh start or whatever 🤔. Either way, I'm keeping an eye on how this new dynamic plays out 👀. The question is, will Real bounce back from that Super Cup loss and make a run at the title? 💥
