🚒🤦‍♀️ The circumstances surrounding the Botsford Place Terrace Apartments fire are deeply troubling. It appears that Theresa Stott's concerns about safety issues and neglect were dismissed, despite her prior reports to management. This lack of accountability raises serious questions about the apartment complex's overall maintenance and upkeep 🕰️. Stott's assertion that the fire was not an isolated incident and that she had reported similar problems in the past warrants further investigation 🔍. The fact that records show numerous issues with the building since 2016, including structural concerns and expired permits, suggests a systemic problem 📊. As the city advises residents to test their smoke alarms monthly, it's concerning that Stott and her family were left without assistance despite this advice 👎. I hope Stott's case gets the attention it deserves, and justice is served for her and her daughters 💼.

🤔 I feel so bad for Theresa Stott and her family 🤕. That must have been such a traumatic experience 🚒. It's crazy that the management group is accused of retaliation against her after she kept reporting safety issues - can you imagine? 😱 And it gets worse with all these records showing structural problems since 2016... what kind of negligence is that?! 🤷‍♀️ I mean, it's not like they're trying to take advantage of people or anything (although, let's be real, the fact that they didn't address those issues sooner is pretty concerning 😬). Stott's courage in suing and launching a GoFundMe campaign for her family is really inspiring 🙌. And I'm sending all my positive vibes their way 💖 - hopefully she wins this lawsuit and gets some justice 🤞

Ugh I'm so frustrated about this fire at Botsford Place Terrace Apartments! 🤯 I mean, 8 units damaged and a family left homeless because of neglect and safety failures? It's just not right. I've had issues with my own apartment complex in the past when it came to maintenance and repairs, but at least they responded pretty quickly.

Theresa Stott sounds like she's fighting for what's fair and deserves some serious help. 🤝 I'm all for tenants speaking up about safety concerns, and it's crazy that management wouldn't listen or act on her complaints. The GoFundMe campaign is a great idea - maybe more people will see the issue and get involved.

I also feel bad that Stott had to deal with retaliation from management after reporting safety issues. That's just not cool. 🙅‍♀️ I hope she wins her case and gets some justice for herself and her daughters.

omg this is crazy! 🤯 the fact that theresa stott has been dealing with all these issues for years and her concerns were just ignored, it's not right at all 😡. i'm low-key impressed she's taking on the owners herself, though - that takes a lot of courage 💪. and ugh, the fact that management was offering other tenants better units but refused to help her family? that's just salt in the wound 🤕. can't wait to see how this all plays out 📺

Ugh, can't believe this 🤯 ... Theresa Stott is goin down 💔, no way she's gonna win dis lawsuit 😩 ... so many issues with dat apartment complex, it's crazy how dey let it get 2 dis point 🔥 ... management group's gonna pay out $$$ for all dese problems 👊
