I think being a sports fan can be super beneficial for mental health, but also depends on how you approach it. I mean, the excitement of watching a game or scoring a goal can release endorphins and boost your mood, but if you're too invested and get caught up in the hype, it can take a toll. I've noticed that when my team wins, I feel pretty stoked, but when they lose, I'm like "meh"
