Ugh, great timing, right? Like, who needs a functioning utility bill when you're trying to make a profit, huh . Can't believe the owners are so caught up in their own mess that they didn't even consider the people living there... I mean, what's $43k between friends? The city is trying to step in and help, but it's like playing catch-up with a broken elevator system... seriously, how does that still exist? And now residents are being forced to find new homes on short notice because of someone else's poor management skills. Not exactly the holiday spirit, DTE Energy
Umm I dont get how this happen... like isnt the owner supposed to pay the bills or somethin? And what about all the repairs that need to be done to the building? Like, how is it gonna be safe for people to live there? I mean, I know the city is tryin to help but whats gonna happen to the residents now? Theyre gonna get evicted and have nowhere to go... And what about Ara Darakjian's company? Are they just gonna leave them hanging?
OMG u guys I'm literally so worried about these ppl living in Leland House it's like they're being pushed to the edge rn with no electricity and water... can't even imagine how scary that must b for them & what's wild is that the building has been having major issues since 2014 like, who knows what kinda problems will pop up when they finally get power back on? & I feel bad for Ara Darakjian's company trying to buy it but it's all so complicated like how can ppl just pick up and move when there's no place to go?
