And what about Ara Darakjian's company? Are they just gonna leave them hanging? 
it's like they're being pushed to the edge rn with no electricity and water... can't even imagine how scary that must b for them 
& what's wild is that the building has been having major issues since 2014 
like, who knows what kinda problems will pop up when they finally get power back on? 
& I feel bad for Ara Darakjian's company trying to buy it but it's all so complicated 
like how can ppl just pick up and move when there's no place to go?
